Read Mark 5:21-34 Have you ever prayed and prayed for something and God didn’t do what you wanted him to do? Are you hoping for something sincerely and somehow it seems as though it is never going to happen? I have prayed for a lot of things to be done over the years and a lot of my prayers have been answered. Have you every prayed and prayed for something and God didn’t do what you wanted him to do? Have you ever hoped for something sincerely and somehow it seemed as though it was never going to happen. Have you been like David and cried out as he did in Psalm 13, “O Lord, how long will you forget me? Forever? How long will you look the other way? How long must I struggle with anguish in my soul, with sorrow in my heart every day? How long will my enemy have the upper hand? Turn and answer me, O Lord my God! Restore the light to my eyes or I will die? Many times whether you are single or married; rich or poor, we can feel as though God has forgotten us; forsaken us.
