Colossians 1:11 Both of my parents had Alzheimer’s disease and have gone to be with the Lord. When they came to live with my youngest sister, she promised that she would see them to the end. She gave up her career as a College Professor to care for them. She would often pray, “Lord if you don’t help me. I won't have any help.” She was asking for Jesus to carry her as she carried my parents through that awful disease. She endured to the end with sweat, tears, the Word of God in her heart, and many whispered prayers into the ears and heart of our Lord. Each time the load got too heavy for her to carry the Holy Spirit would bring up to her spirit His Holy Word.
