Be Strong: He has not forsaken you!

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might." [Ephesians 6:1 NASB]

Ephesians 6:1 Be strong – The Greek word used here is "Endunamoo" meaning to empower, enable, strengthen. In this verse it translates metaphorically to "strong mind".

During this time of uncertainty and a global pandemic do not become weak minded, afraid, anxious and lack trust. No matter what the circumstances are be strong in your mind and focus on prayer, praise and the Word of God.  As Jesus hung on the cross at Calvary, he said, "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me." His humanity felt what we feel when we go through trials and tribulations. But, the Son of God, knew it was not over and  Resurrection Day would come! It was the power of the Holy Spirit that raised Him from the grave, “He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it” [Colossians 2:15].  From the sixth hour until the ninth hour darkness came over all the land. [Mark 15:33] Darkness came and the Enemy thought he had won. But it was not over! The darkness is passing but we will get through this. This will be over! For we are fighting from victory not for victory!

When we are afraid, tired, and stressed it is a marvelous thing to know that our Heavenly Father has compassion on his children. He understands how we are made, He remembers that we are dust. So He tells us, "Do not be afraid" in every book of the Bible. Trust Him! His mercy is from eternity past to eternity future, and His righteousness extends to His children's children. He determined a boundary that the Enemy cannot cross. That boundary is secured by the Blood of the Lamb; Jesus our Messiah and the Son of God. I plea the Blood of Jesus that was applied on the Mercy Seat in Heaven to atone for our sins, and protect us from the Destroyer.  His Blood has the power to keep the domain of darkness from crossing the borders of our life and family lives! Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to observe all the proactive instructions given to you. He will take care of you. If you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, death is swallow up in victory. It has no sting and no victory. This too shall pass!

Deliverance Prayer:
Deliverance Prayer:
In the name of Jesus Christ, we present to You Father ourselves, our families, our church, the scientist, physicians, first responders and our neighborhoods.  By the power of the name of Jesus Christ, through His shed blood and the Holy Word of God, we ask that the Lord rebuke you Satan and all the dominions of darkness seeking  entrance into our lives, and the lives, situations and areas for whom and which we are praying.  We ask that the Lord rebuke any demonic assignments spoken or sent against us, and pronounce them to be of no effect. 'For this reason was the Son of God made manifest, to destroy the works of the devil' (1 John 3:8).  Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask You to expose and bring into the light negative inner emotions and strongholds that contradict Your Word and will. By the breath of Your Spirit, release Your truth as a sword to expose falsehood, curses of self-rejection, self-hatred, and reactive hatred, shame and bitterness, We take up the Sword of Your Word by faith and cut ourselves free from the bondage of strongholds in our family and generations. We ask all these things in Jesus our Lord and Savior Name, Amen!
